Wifi function will enter sleep mode once unplugged from power.Under sleep mode, you cannot make new changes via WiFi. If feeding plans are preset on your phone, the WiFi will be activated automatically 2 mins before and after of preset feeding plan.

——Can't connect the feeder to Wi-Fi？

1.Make sure the feeder is connected to the power when for the first connection.

2.Make sure you're connecting to your 2.4 GHz wifi instead of the 5 GHz. Remember to select 2.4GHz if you do a modem/router reset.

——How long does a full charge take and last to work？

A full charge takes 6-8 hours and it would last to work for 6-7 days for unplug use.

Red light off: Charging; Red light on: unplug use and wifi function disabled; Red light flashes: low battery.

*The red light stays on indicates the feeder in unplugged use and in sleep mode rather than in low battery status.
